These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) and Legal Notice govern the use of the QRForLife service.

2. General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

2.1 Object
These GTC define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the sale of digital products (dynamic QR code licenses) and physical products (connected accessories) on the QRForLife website.

2.2 Products and Services
QRForLife offers:
- Digital Services: Activation licenses for dynamic QR codes, hosting of interactive profiles (Pets, Kids, Seniors, Social/Pro), "Survival" mode (offline), statistics.
- Customized Physical Products: Supports (medals, textiles, accessories) integrating the QR code and/or the design chosen by the customer.

2.3 Price
Prices are indicated in Euros (€) including all taxes (VAT). QRForLife reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. The applicable price is the one in force at the time of order validation.

2.4 Order and Payment
Any order entails full and unreserved acceptance of these GTC. Payment is due immediately upon ordering. Payment is made by credit card via our secure provider Stripe. Transactions are encrypted (SSL/TLS) and no banking data is kept by QRForLife.

2.5 Delivery
- Digital Products: Availability is immediate after payment validation. The customer accesses their service directly from their dashboard.
- Physical Products: Products are shipped to the delivery address indicated during the order. Delivery times are given as an indication.

2.6 Right of Withdrawal and Cancellation
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code:
- Digital Services: The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts for the supply of digital content not provided on a material support whose execution has begun after the consumer's prior agreement.
- Customized Products: The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized (e.g. engraved medal or unique QR).

Technical Note: Given the automated production process, no cancellation or modification is possible after order validation.

2.7 Responsibility and Safety Warning
QRForLife undertakes to provide a service available 24/7 (obligation of means). Its responsibility cannot be engaged in case of force majeure or internet network malfunction.
Important Warning: QRForLife products (Seniors, Kids, Pets) are identification assistance tools and do not constitute a medical emergency or professional rescue service. Nexia does not guarantee the success of a rescue or reunion operation, as the service depends on the QR code being scanned by a third party and network availability.

2.8 Use and Content
The user is solely responsible for the content (texts, images, links) they publish on their Profile page. They prohibit any illegal, defamatory, or immoral content. Nexia reserves the right to delete without notice any content not respecting these rules.

2.9 Intellectual Property
All elements of the QRForLife site (software, interface, database, algorithms) are the exclusive property of Nexia. Users retain ownership of the data and content they publish on their Profile page, but grant Nexia a license of use necessary for the operation of the service.

2.10 Warranty and After-Sales Service
In the event of a physical product being defective or damaged during transport, the customer must inform QRForLife within 48 hours after receipt by providing photographic evidence. After validation, a replacement product will be shipped at no additional cost. Given the personalized nature of the product, no refund will be made if the product conforms to the order.

2.11 Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These GTC are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, and in the absence of an amicable resolution, the competent courts will be those of the registered office of the company Nexia.

2.12 Suspension and Termination
Nexia reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's access to the service in the event of a serious violation of these terms (e.g. fraudulent use, illegal content, spam).

2.13 Consumer Mediation
In accordance with the French Consumer Code, customers may use a consumer mediator free of charge. In the absence of an amicable resolution, customers may refer the matter to [Mediator to be defined] at the following address: [Mediator address].

3. Privacy Policy (GDPR)

3.1 Data Collection
QRForLife collects the following data:
- Account creation: Email, password (encrypted).
- Order: Last name, First name, Postal address (if delivery), Transaction history.
- Use: Personalization data of the pages (texts, images), IP address (security and anonymized statistics).

3.2 Purpose of processing
This data is necessary for the execution of the contract (provision of the service), billing, customer support, and service improvement. It is never resold to third parties.

3.3 Security
All communications with the site are encrypted (HTTPS). Passwords are hashed and salted (Bcrypt). Access to databases is strictly restricted.

3.4 Your Rights
In accordance with the GDPR, you have a right of access, rectification, portability, and erasure of your data. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr). You can modify your information or delete your account permanently from your customer space ("Danger Zone"). For any specific request: contact.qrforlife@gmail.com.

3.5 Data Retention
- User Accounts: Data is deleted after 1 year of total inactivity on the account.
- Accounting Documents: Order-related information (invoices) is kept for 10 years, in accordance with legal tax obligations.

3.6 Cookies
The site uses strictly necessary technical cookies for operation (maintaining the connection session). These cookies do not require prior consent.
